Life is getting complicated ..
i grew up in the 90’s i mean born in 80’s … back then people keep saying that, be a good student, go to college, get a good job you can buy a house, a car and get married. actually is very true if people that saying that is your parent who grow up in 60s or late 70s. but today ?
i can consider that i am lucky enough, or maybe all people that born in early 80s … because most of them still can achieve that (buy a car, a house and get married) unless you really waste your live completely.
Competition, salary and life demands …
lets face it, right now competition is become more fierce. university graduate didn’t guarantee you will get decent job. not at all. because company tend to hire some one who has experience in their CV. it means you need to get a job even before you graduate. so, while study you also need to work … it didint work that way in 80, 90 or even in 2000 … then came the salary, you want get good salary ? who the hell are you ? people willing to get the minimum wages in order to get a job, just a job! unless you got special talent this situation are you must faced every day!
last but not least, is life demands. in 70 to atleast early 2000 you can go to work, get back to home and save your salary to buy a house … that’s it! but nowadays, hang out with your friends or especially your office co worker or your superior is a must. why ? you need to be exist, not for money but only to prove that you are around, exist and when people know your there maybe just maybe it open your access to get promoted. at the end it’s not free and the chance you can buy a house before you reaching 30 is getting slimmer and slimmer ! thats life !
